After work today I went to the gym. Did some stretching exercises and 35 crunches. Went on the elliptical for 35min. Burned 469 calories. Steps 4843. Got home from work and had toss salad,fishcake and homemade beets. I ended up eating another fishcake because I was so hungry.
I decided to go for a walk so I walked for an hour. About 5km.
Started to get hungry and had a big handful of pringle chips and 1 small bite of cc cookies my son made.
I'm certainly kicking myself in the butt after I've eaten them though. :-(
