Daily Exercise update for Jan.10 & 11

I was away on the weekend so I wasn't able to go on the comp. until Sunday evening when we got back. I didn't get in much exercise at all. A little walking. Sat. I didn't get my 5 glasses of water into me but Sun. I did. I will certainly make up for it this week though. I promise.
