I think I realized the past couple of days that I really need to plan my meals ahead. Especially my snacks for work.

This morning I had a Folgers coffee with organic sugar. Went to work and didn't have anything until I got home from work at 2pm. (I had a Tim Hortons coffee with cream and sugar around 11:00am. SO on my way home I started planning what I was going to have, I called home as I was driving home and got my son to take me out a piece of salmon to unthaw. So it was ready for me when I got home. So I heated up my George Foreman grill and while that was getting hot I got my salad together. It was Italian Blend so I added some red pepper, shredded carrot and finely broken tortilla chips. My low calorie dressing was on the side. My son wanted to take the picture so of course I let him. I was going to add mushrooms also but they weren't good and fresh so I fried them with a little onion in my non stick frying pan. No butter added!
I also made some dill sauce to go with my salmon and man was it good. I made it with low fat sour cream, low fat mayo., salt, lemon juice and of course dill. I bought Dill paste and man it was a really nice sauce. For those of you who like dill pickle chips this sauce would make an excellent dip for plain chips.
Then satisfying my sweet tooth I had a piece of angle food cake with raspberry sauce. Yummy. I finished of my raspberry sauce and there is still one piece of cake left so I will probably have it tomorrow. It is still as fresh as the day I bought it though. Had to have my tea with dessert. This time I used 2% milk.
So then I decide to go for a walk since I didn't go to the gym. I would of went to the gym if I had of eaten lunch but I really didn't have time to stop for lunch and I didn't pack snacks. Besides I really wasn't that hungry until 12:00. I hate going to the gym on an empty stomach.
I walked for 1hr 40 minutes (about 8.5-9km) in the snow, it was kind of chilly too.
Later I am thinking of having a fruit salad with cottage cheese. I hate eating so late in the evening. But I do.
