Breakfast: black coffee with sugar (no pic.)
1/2 serving of oatmeal
Lunch: Tim Hortons ham and cheese biscuit with 2 pks butter (n0 pic.)
Medium coffee with 1 cream and 2 sugar
Supper: boiled cabbage, carrots with becil margarine and S&P.
Toasted ww bagel (body wise) with scrambled egg whites, green onion, 1 slice Kraft low fat cheese, s&p. becil margarine on the bagel.
Large piece of angle food cake with low fat vanilla ice cream
Bed time snack: bowl of Puffins cereal with 2% milk and a small apple and a glass of water.
Exercise for the day.... Went to the gym and started of with a few stretches and 30 crunches,went on the elliptical for 33 minutes, walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and did leg and arm strengthen exercises. I was there for 2 hrs.
