Lots to blog about but too fricken busy to do it.

Highlights: The other day at the gym I jogged/ran for 7 1/2 minutes, I am soooo happy with myself but the next day I was that friggen sore around my hips and lower back I could hardly work. BUT I intend to do it again. Went to Bayers Lake Friday after the boys got out of school and did a little window shopping. Stopped in to Chapters and I bought a wonderful book. Lots of useful information, the more I read the more I will post good info. It's called 'Fit Over Forty' (Prevention). Joined Costco. Bought some goodies. We will no doubt go at least once a month and shop on line too. Love the store. Pics. to follow!
