While on my travels today I started to get hungry around 11:15 so I ate an energy bar I had in my purse. It was good and did the trick until I got home for supper. There are 11o calories per bar. 30g size bar. 1.5 g fat (o.5 sat. & 0 g trans), no cholesterol, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein, 22 g carbohydrate.
I drink my coffee black with 2-21/2 tsp of organic sugar.
Breakfast this morning was a coffee. It was a first time buy for me the kind of coffee I had. (My hubby set the coffee machine for me for the am because I was too tired to do it before I went to bed. He makes a really good coffee. He ground Organic French Roast.
I sometimes have a hard time eating first thing in the morning. Usually by the time I am ready to leave for work is usually the time when I could eat a bowl of cereal or oatmeal. I do have instant oatmeal for a quickie.
Ive been debating trying that coffee! Oh and i bought the almond meal flour and will be posting about it tonight ;-)
