Life Changing Goals I have set for myself include:
Making healthier choices
Exercise daily
Run at least 1km without stopping (this should change as I become more fit)
Get to my ideal weight for my build and height
Loose at least 20lbs during BLBE2
Daily goals I have set for myself include:
Exercise daily
Write in my blog or read other blogs daily
Drink at least 4-5 glasses of H2O daily
(I know 8 is the norm. but I will be doing good
to get 5 in)
Goals in general:
To jog for 1 km without stopping.
