Well it started out pretty good.
Breakfast:
3 pieces of sausage skillet
2 bites of a omelet
coffee with sugar
Lunch/Supper:
Red pepper & tomatoe soup with a sprinkle of g. onion and shredded Gouda cheese.
Roast beef sandwich on spinach tortilla with lettuce, shredded carrot, g.onion, small amount of honey Dijon mustard and a small amount of low fat mayo.
2 mini carrots & tomato wedges
Half of a very large honey crisp apple
Tea with skim milk.
Supper: (Snack)
Yogurt, 2 cementines and 4 (not 1 but 4) friggen squares.
1 lemon square
3 oreo squares (left overs from Christmas) Not to mention it's that time of the month and when I get a craving it's almost like an addiction. I have to have it. I know, I know. That an excuse but I can't help it sometimes. I am mad at myself. But if it's any consolation, I am hungry. But I will go to bed that way because I had too many squares. I am punishing myself.
